How late can I call, fax
or email my order for same day shipping?
All orders received via phone, fax
or email by 5:00 p.m. EST will be shipped same day. Orders
placed November 29th through December 23rd will ship same day when received
by 6:00 p.m. EST.
Can I add onto my order
during the day?
You can add-on to your order throughout
the day until 4:00 p.m. EST. All add-on orders placed by 4:00
p.m. will be combined with your previous order(s) and shipped
in one package, allowing you to minimize your shipping costs. Orders
placed after 4:00 p.m. EST will ship separately on the following business day.
This service is available all year long, but the cut-off is extended to 5:00 p.m. EST during the month of December.
Can I pick-up my
order in person?
For the convenience of local customers, our Will-Call window
is open Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. EST
How do I place
my order?
You may place your order by phone by calling toll-free 1-800-422-7624, or you may write
your order on your company letterhead or on our free order pads and fax it to
us using our 24-hour toll-free fax line 1-888-243-5484. You may also
use our on-line order form.
Note: You must first
register for your personal PIN to access the on-line ordering service.
What information do I need to place my order?
To place an order you will need the
following information:
Your customer account number
Your company name
Your shipping preference (e.g.: AM or PM delivery,
Saturday delivery, etc.)
Our product number*
Quantity
*Our product number consists of three elements. The series or
style, the size (when required the size is shown in the first
column of the product table) and the metal. We can assist you
with this information at any time.
How will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped via FedEx.
You can choose Next Day Priority (AM delivery by 10:30 a.m.),
Next Day Standard (PM delivery by 3:30 p.m.), 2-Day Air or 3-Day Express Air.
When will my order ship?
All items shown in our catalog are
available for immediate shipment. Typically your order will ship
the day your order is placed unless it was received after our
normal cut-off time.
Keep in mind, as in any business, out-of-stock situations may
occur. While we pride ourselves in an excellent fill rate, if
we cannot ship your order complete we will call you when the
open items are available to give you the opportunity to add-on
to your back-order. This allows you to optimize
your shipping expense.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and
Discover for your convenience in paying for individual
invoices or your entire account balance.
Do you have open terms available?
Net 30 terms are available for
pre-authorized accounts. Credit history and trade
references will be verified to determine if open terms can be
extended.
Can I request C.O.D. delivery of my order?
C.O.D. is an option available to all customers. However,
some accounts may be required to provide a secured form of payment
(bank check or money order). You will be notified what forms of
payment are permitted at the time your account is established.
When are finance charges applicable?
Finance charges accrue if you are
delinquent by more than 15 days (45 days from date
of invoice). The rate is 1.5%.
Can anyone order from your company?
No. We are wholesale distributors
selling exclusively to professionals in the jewelry retail,
repair, manufacturing or design trades.
Do you comply with the USA Patriot Act Anti Money Laundering Provisions?
RFindings takes their responsibility in ensuring that
money laundering and criminal activities are kept in check. We
have an Anti-Money Laundering program that fully complies with its legal obligations and our program
addresses each element under the law.
Do you guarantee the quality of the products you sell?
Yes! We want our customers to be
completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase of regular stock merchandise,
we will accept the unaltered item for return within 30 days of
your invoice date. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise
you must contact us no later than 2 days from your date of receipt.
We will send you a replacement piece whenever necessary, along
with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Call Tag for return
shipping. You must call us in advance of returning any damaged
or defective merchandise.
Can I return items that I dont need?
You may return regular stock
merchandise that you ordered and cannot use for full credit if
they are unaltered and returned within 30 days from the date of
invoice. If you need to return items after more than 30 days has
lapsed since the date of invoice, you need to call us for an RMA number. In these cases a 15%
restocking fee will be charged. Special order merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. |
