  • R•Findings sells exclusively to professionals in the jewelry retail, repair, manufacturing or design trades. If you would like to become an R·Findings customer, go to the Contact Us page and click the link for the appropriate application form.
  • What are your hours of operation?
  • We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST.
  • How do I place my order?
  • You may place your order one of three ways: call toll-free 1-800-422-7624; fax your order toll-free 24-hours to 1-888-243-5484; or use our on-line order form.

    Note: You must first register for a PIN to access the on-line ordering service.
  • What information do I need to place my order?
  • When ordering, please include the following information:

    • Customer account number
    • Company name
    • Our product number, size (when applicable), and metal
    • Quantity
    • Shipping preference (see next question.)
  • How will my order ship?
  • We ship exclusively via FedEx. You can choose Next Day Priority (AM delivery by 10:30 a.m.), Next Day Standard (PM delivery by 3:30 p.m.), 2-Day Air or 3-Day Express Saver.
  • What is the order cut-off for same day shipping?
  • All orders received by 5:00 p.m. EST will be shipped same day.
  • Can I add onto my order during the day?
  • You can add onto your order until 4:00 p.m. EST the same day. All add-ons will be combined with your previous order(s) and shipped in one package to minimize shipping costs. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST will ship separately.
  • Can I pick-up my order in person?
  • Will-Call window is open Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST.
  • How quickly will my order ship?
  • All items shown in our catalog are available for immediate shipment unless marked as Made to Order (MTO). Typically, your order will ship the day your order is placed unless it was received after our normal cut-off time.

    While we pride ourselves in an excellent fill rate, out-of-stock situations may occur. If we cannot ship your order complete we will call you when the open items are available to give you the opportunity to add-on to your back-order. This allows you to optimize your shipping expense.
  • Do you accept credit card payments?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
  • What credit terms are available?
  • Terms are given on an individual account basis based on credit history and trade references.
  • Can I request C.O.D. delivery of my order?
  • C.O.D. is an option available to all customers. However, some accounts may be required to provide a secured form of payment (bank check or money order). You will be notified what forms of payment are permitted at the time your account is established.
  • When are finance charges applicable?
  • Finance charges accrue at the rate of 1.5% if you are delinquent by more than 15 days (45 days from date of invoice).
  • Do you guarantee the quality of the products you sell?
  • Yes! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of regular stock merchandise, we will accept the unaltered item for return within 30 days of your invoice date.
  • What should I do if the item is damaged or defective?
  • If you receive damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us within 2 days from your date of receipt. We will send you a replacement piece whenever necessary, along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Call Tag for return shipping. Do not return any damaged or defective merchandise before contacting us.
  • Can I return items that I don’t need?
  • You may return regular stock merchandise ordered from us for full credit if it is unaltered and returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. If merchandise is returned after 30 days has lapsed since invoice date, you need to call us for an RMA number. In these cases a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Batteries, special orders and made-to-order merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
